What if a student using a Chromebook sees a message that their device is offline when they try to open Bluebook?

If a student is told their Chromebook is offline even though they have an internet connection, and they’re not connected to their school network, the network auto-connect setting might be the cause.  

This setting prevents students from using Bluebook outside their school’s network. Only technology staff who manage the device can change it. Learn more about the auto-connect setting
