How do I assign students to rooms for SAT Weekend?

SAT Weekend test center coordinators should click the Test Day Toolkit Auto-Setup button at the top right of the screen to assign students to rooms by testing group. Auto-setup is available only after you’ve added enough rooms.

To adjust room assignments after running auto-setup:

  1. Go to All Students.
  2. Click the checkbox next to a student’s name. To assign multiple students at once, filter your roster by room or testing group and click the checkbox at the top of the roster.
  3. Choose Move selected students to a room from the Action drop-down menu and click Go.
  4. On the next screen, choose a room. The toolkit limits your options to rooms with the correct testing group and enough empty seats.
