Confirm Test Day Toolkit Access Before Test Day

It’s important to make sure you can access Test Day Toolkit before test day, especially this fall, when you’ll need to update your College Board account first.

Test coordinators, you can track staff access by checking the Sign-In Success column on the Test Day Toolkit staff page.

Staff Instructions 

Take these steps as soon as you receive your Test Day Toolkit access email: 

  1. Click the Access Test Day Toolkit button in the email. 

  2. Sign in to your College Board professional account. 

  • If you still sign in with a username, follow the instructions to update your account. If you need help, contact customer service—do not create a new account.

  • If you don’t have an account, follow the on-screen instructions to create one. 

  1. If you’ve never used Test Day Toolkit at your school before, follow the instructions for 2-step verification. 

  1. On the Choose a Test Administration page, select your test site and test administration from the drop-down menus and click Continue. 

  • If you are unable to choose a test site or test administration from the drop-down menus, make sure your test coordinator assigned you to the upcoming administration. 

  • If they did and you still can’t access your upcoming administration, contact customer service.
