What if there's a connectivity issue after testing starts?

Students can keep testing if their connection drops momentarily, but they need a connection to submit their answers.

If there's a widespread network outage and students are testing smoothly, contact network staff at your school or district. If they’re unavailable or unable to solve the problem, call us to report the issue.

If some students are unable to submit their answers, follow the instructions in the Technical Troubleshooting Guide for the test you're administering.
