Why does Bluebook need to access PowerShell?

Bluebook can’t install, update, or run without access to PowerShell. Bluebook uses PowerShell (which requires command line) to make sure the device meets requirements and to prevent and record suspicious activity.

Users will not be prompted to interact with either tool. Make sure PowerShell isn’t blocked.
