What if the student’s device fails?

If the student’s device fails (crashes, loses all power, or can’t start up) before they start timed testing, they can switch to a backup device with Bluebook installed if one is available. If no backup device is available, the student can’t test.

If the student’s testing is interrupted, they should try exiting Bluebook, closing any applications running in the background, and signing in again. They can also try restarting the device. If these steps don’t work, follow the instructions in the Technical Troubleshooting Guide for the test you're administering.
