How do I use file upload to add staff in bulk?

  1. Click Add Staff on the Staff page in Test Day Toolkit and select Upload file.  
  2. Follow the step-by-step instructions to download the template, add staff data, and then upload it.  

Along the way, Test Day Toolkit will check the file to make sure it’s the right type and size and meets other requirements. But it can’t check everything for you so be sure to follow these tips:

  • Copy data into the template you downloaded instead of creating your own file.
  • Include new staff only. To add returning staff to a new test administration, choose Select returning staff from the Add Staff dropdown.  
  • Use a phone number and email your staff can access quickly.
