How can my staff and I monitor student progress on test day?

To view the status of any student: 

1. Go to the Test Day Toolkit All Students page.  

2. To sort students by their room, attendance, or testing status, click a table heading. 

3. You can also click Filter Table to view only the students in certain rooms or testing groups or with certain attendance or testing statuses. 

You can also use the monitoring dashboard for any room:  

1. Go to the Test Day Toolkit All Rooms page and select a room. Proctors and others assigned to a room are automatically taken to the welcome page for that room when they sign in. 

2. Click Get Started and Next Step until you reach the monitoring dashboard. Tip: Coordinators can click Coordinator Tools and select Monitor Testing instead. 

3. You’ll see a list of students assigned to the room and their testing status. You can click a status on the left to filter the list. 

Note: A student’s status could be inaccurate if they’re testing offline and can’t send updates.
