How can my staff and I monitor student progress on test day?

Coordinators can use the Test Day Toolkit dashboard, Test Day Live, to watch students in all rooms progress through the test and spot issues.

Just click the Test Day Live button in the top left of your screen, compare the status numbers to get an overview, and click them to filter the student list below them. Go to Test Day Oversight for best practices.

All staff can use the monitoring dashboard for any room:

Go to the Test Day Toolkit All Rooms page and select a room. Proctors and others assigned to a room are automatically taken to the welcome page for that room when they sign in.
Click Get Started and Next Step until you reach the monitoring dashboard. Tip: Coordinators can click Coordinator Tools and select Monitor Testing instead.
You’ll see a list of students assigned to the room and their testing status. You can click a status on the left to filter the list.

Note: A student’s status could be inaccurate if they’re testing offline and can’t send updates.
