How do I assign students to rooms for a digital AP Exam?
As an AP coordinator, you can assign students to rooms in Test Day Toolkit before exam day by going to All Students. Then use the checkboxes next to student names and the Action dropdown menu to move groups of students to the same room. If you take this step, you can print a room directory so students can find their own room.
If you skip this step, the toolkit creates room rosters on exam day when students enter the room code their proctor gives them.
