Test Day Toolkit Troubleshooting: Test Administration Selection

If you’re on the Choose a Test Administration page but can’t select your test site or upcoming test, try these fixes.

Staff

Contact your coordinator for help with the troubleshooting steps below.

Returning staff: If your upcoming test is missing from the dropdown menu on the Choose a Test Administration page, it might be too early. You can’t access an upcoming test until your coordinator adds you, and they can't add you until they get access. Find out when coordinators get access.

If it’s not too early, ask your coordinator to add you to the upcoming test administration. They need to:

1. Open the correct test administration in Test Day Toolkit.
2. Navigate to the Staff page.
3. Choose Select returning staff from the Add Staff dropdown menu.
4. Check the box next to your name.
5. Click Add Selected Staff.

New staff: If you’re new to Test Day Toolkit or new to your school or test center, and the dropdown menus are empty, ask your coordinator to add you to Test Day Toolkit. They need to: 

1. Open the correct test administration in Test Day Toolkit. 
2. Navigate to the Staff page.
3. Choose Add to table from the Add Staff dropdown menu.
4. Add your name and contact information.

After your coordinator is finished, close your browser, reopen Test Day Toolkit, and sign in again.

All Users

If you haven’t closed Test Day Toolkit since your last test administration, close your browser, reopen the app, and sign in again.

If the test site dropdown menu has two different options for the same location, it’s probably because the school serves as a test center for SAT Weekend and administers College Board tests to their students during the school day. Schools like these have two different codes, an AI code and a TC code.

Choose the option that ends with a 5-digit TC code to access Test Day Toolkit for SAT Weekend.

Choose the option that ends with a 6-digit AI code if you’re administering:

• SAT Weekend to a student with school-based accommodations
• AP Exams
• SAT School Day 
• PSAT/NMSQT
• PSAT 10
• PSAT 8/9
