When do test coordinators get access to Test Day Toolkit?

Coordinators receive an access email when each test administration is ready to set up. Timing varies: 

• AP Exams: April. 

• SAT Weekend: Usually 6–8 weeks before test day, but we may occasionally need to delay access until 3 weeks before test day. 

• SAT School Day and PSAT-related assessments (fall): Early September. 

• SAT School Day and PSAT-related assessments (spring): Early February. Unless they’re participating in state-provided testing, an order must be placed in the SAT Suite Ordering and Registration (SSOR) system first.
