Test Day Toolkit Troubleshooting: Access Email
Coordinators get a Test Day Toolkit access email from us for each test administration. Staff get one each time their coordinator adds them to an upcoming administration.
All Users
If the link didn’t work, make sure you’re using the email sent to you directly from [email protected]. Shared emails won’t work.
If you can’t find the email, search your inbox and junk mail folder for an email from [email protected] with “Test Day Toolkit” in the subject line.
If you’re a returning user, skip the email and try signing in at testday.collegeboard.org.
Staff
Contact your coordinator if you can’t find your access email or didn’t receive it. Together, try the following fixes:
- Make sure your coordinator added you to the upcoming administration in Test Day Toolkit. Only your coordinator can do this.
- If they added you, ask them to double-check your email address in Test Day Toolkit. If it’s incorrect, they can update it and resend the email.
- Add [email protected] to your contacts. Then ask your coordinator to resend the email.
To resend the email, your coordinator should find your name on the Staff page and select Send access email from the Actions column.
Coordinators
If you can’t find your access email, it might be too early. Find out when you’ll get access.
If you’re a new SAT Suite test coordinator, someone with the SAT Suite ordering role needs to take these steps:
- Sign in to SAT Suite Ordering and Registration.
- Click View and Edit Order Details in the upper right corner.
- In the lower left corner of the order summary, click the Edit link next to Contacts.
- Update the test coordinator information with your details.
You should receive a Test Day Toolkit onboarding email within two business days.
