How can I use Test Day Toolkit to help me troubleshoot issues?

  • To find a student, go to All Students in Test Day Toolkit and search for the student.
  • To see if a student is checked-in or marked present, check their attendance status. It should be Checked in to room.
  • To check the start code for a student’s room, navigate to their room and click through to the end of the script where the 6-digit start code is displayed in the center of the screen.
  • AP Exams, SAT School Day, and PSAT-related assessments only: To see the room code, advance to the Write Instructions on the Board screen where the 5-letter room code is displayed.
