Test Day Toolkit Troubleshooting: Limited Access

If you sign in on test day and chose your test administration but you can’t see student information, you’re in preview mode. Ask your test coordinator to go to the Staff page, find your name, and choose Grant toolkit access in the Actions column. 

If your role is Monitor–No Access, they’ll need to change your role first.
