Staff

If you can’t access the email associated with your account:

  1. Sign in with the outdated email address.
  2. Go to Account Settings and edit the email address.
  3. Tell your coordinator to change your email in Test Day Toolkit and resend the access email.

If you don’t have a College Board professional account, create one after you click the link in your personalized Test Day Toolkit access email. You can also create an account at collegeboard.org before clicking the link in your access email.

To create the account, use the email address your coordinator entered in Test Day Toolkit or tell your coordinator to update your email in Test Day Toolkit.

If you’re told there’s already an account associated with your email address when you try to create an account, it might be a student account. If the email is used for a student account:

  1. Sign in to the student account.

  2. Go to Account Settings and edit the email address.

  3. Create a professional account with the original email address.

  4. Ask your coordinator to resend the access email.
